This place is SO GOOD. Very impressed. Think I might become a regular now! You can tell you are drinking quality coffee from this place and even better it is affordable. Had an iced pistachio latte, tasted way better than Starbucks.

Fast, easy, affordable! Better than Starbucks! Mint chip frap and Green tea (matcha) frap are very delicious and tasteful. Highly recommend

They are always courteous and make my coffee and they have a secret recipe not on the menu called Embrace the Grind. It's a caramel frappe with whipped cream and expresso grounds. The best thing I have ever tasted! Sorry Starbucks doesn't even hold a candle to Jack's.

Easy quick coffee. Good prices and large serving sizes for the drinks. When I do see a line of cars I don’t usually wait for more than 10 minutes before I’m getting my drink. Fast service!! The matcha is made with green tea not coffee base. They also take customizations to the order, like extra matcha.

Barista was friendly, knowledgeable and quick service. My Keto drink( cold brew, heavy cream and Sugar free vanilla) was very good! Barista recommendation! Plus my son had the Carmel Frappe and loved it!Thank you!

This is my absolute favorite coffee in Salinas. It's only a drive up, so there isn't a restroom, and the selection of food is small. The staff is amazing and super friendly. They remember my order and always ask me sincerely how my day is going. I'm not sure about food. I think they have simple things like cookies and maybe pastries. The coffee is made well and has a nice flavor profile. The only cons for me is; one, they close early. Weekdays @ 4pm and weekends it's 2:30pm or 3pm. And two, I like my coffee a little less hot than they make it. The milk isn't scalded or burned just hotter than I like it. But if I ask for it a little less hot, it's perfect! I definitely recommend checking them out!

I have been a regular at Jack's drive-through café for several weeks now. There's never a long queue, making it an excellent spot for quick morning caffeine fixes. The coffee served here is commendable, striking a good balance between taste and quality. However, the highlight of Jack's is not just the coffee, but the staff. Their ever-present smiles and cheerful demeanors never fail to brighten my day. They truly take the café experience to a whole new level, making Jack's a highly recommended place for coffee lovers.
